How to order
Placing an order with beatedelic.com is easy, there's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. Select the item(s) you want * click the "add to cart" button to store the item(s) * once all your purchases have been selected, click the "my shopping cart" button (top right of the website) and then the "checkout" button You will enter this site: "Create a new account or login" If you are already a registered customer with us, please enter your email address and your personal password and then click the "sign in" button If you are a new customer click the "continue" button, then create a new customer account by supplying the information requested Then click the "checkout" button again Select delivery method * select a delivery method and then click the "continue" button Select payment method * select a payment method (you can also include a personal message in the space provided on the order form) You need to accept our general terms and conditions (available in English and German) by checking "I accept your general business and supplying-conditions" * then click the "continue" button Confirm order * Check your order details and then click the "confirm order" button If you have selected "PayPal" as your method of payment you will be taken to the Paypal website to complete the transaction If you have selected "EU-Standard Bank Transfer" as your method of payment you will receive the banking information for bank transfer into our bank account Order confirmation * You will receive an automatically created email confirmation of your order * We'll send you another e-mail when your item(s) have been dispatched IMPORTANT: Please contact us immediately if you do not get an email confirmation after your order has been placed!
Email order We will also accept email orders, if you don't want to use any of the other methods. Simply send us an email with your name, address and "wants list" to shop@beatedelic.com and we'll respond promptly with shipping rates and payment options!
